Aaron Calloway
Eight years of B2B SaaS, revenue ops, and hospitality data. Lately: building the AI that does the boring parts — and using it to uncover what's possible, which is the fun part. This city is my resume. Welcome to the world I built. Scroll when ready.
Richer Logic
VP of AI — a role created to fit my passions and vision, covering strategy, implementation, and enablement. Our client meetings now prep and run themselves.
- Built a meeting-intelligence agent that preps and runs client sessions. Prep time: 90 minutes down to under 30.
- Rolled it across 6 directors and ~105 engagements — about 2,700 director-hours a year back on the table. The firm spent the surplus on five new enterprise engagements.
- Pricing and distribution strategy for 1,000+ rentals worldwide. Client revenue: +15% a year on average; the ambitious ones hit +20%.
- 27 clients on my book against a firm average of 15–20 — word of mouth did the marketing.
Hive Revenue Co.
My own shop. Fractional revenue management for operators ahead of the curve — all the buzz, none of the noise.
- Five clients, zero marketing budget, one founder. Open to expansion; patient about it.
- Where my AI builds debut — RevDrone, a revenue command center that finds mispriced nights and revenue leaks, then pushes fixes straight into the pricing stack.
- And HiveSentry — AI compliance that watches every jurisdiction's rules, tracks licenses, and drafts the tourist-tax returns. Stay legal, stay listed.
Stay Duvet
Three years of consulting for the CRO — then he asked me to stay for good. Together we grew the company to a private-equity sale shortly after.
- Built the revenue management department at Charleston's largest property manager — 300+ properties, dynamic pricing, homeowner retention, a weekly operating rhythm.
- Engineered the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue — and wrote the playbook that became infrastructure for the whole business.
Lighthouse
The vendor years. A hundred accounts and a dozen hats — the fastest way to build an intuitive feel for product–market fit.
- Managed up to 100 global SaaS accounts; key partner to the platform's largest at $250K+ ARR.
- Built the onboarding programs and a client scorecard; fed what the field knew straight back into the roadmap.
- Wrote the articles, hosted the webinars, took the conference stages.
Roomeze
Employee #4. New York. Commission only. Grit. Grime. Alicia Keys.
- Ran the whole sales cycle solo — ads to signatures. Senior in under three months.
- Trained the new hires, shaped the brand, and sat with the founders while the product got built.
The after-hours district.
What I do when I'm not getting paid.
